The CHAUVET DJ “Every Night Has A Story” Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Chauvet & Sons, LLC, 3360 Davie Road, Suite 509, Davie, FL 33314 (the “Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook), or any other third party not explicitly named as a sponsor.

Official Rules

These are the official rules (“Official Rules”) governing participation in this Promotion. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules or acts in a manner inconsistent with the Sponsor’s brand or reputation.

The Sponsor is solely responsible for administering the Promotion, verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to individuals who:

  • (a) are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and the U.S. Virgin Islands); or
  • (b) are legal residents of the International Eligible Regions, where permitted by law. The International Eligible Regions are the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, and Mexico. Italy and Quebec (Canada) are excluded; and
  • (c) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Winners are selected at random.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM ET on September 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 16, 2027 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

To Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must complete the following step:

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Any attempt to submit more than the permitted number of entries will result in disqualification. Entries that do not comply with the eligibility requirements or that fail to follow all entry instructions will be deemed void.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, including those caused by technical or human error.

Participants will not be required to share the Promotion on a personal Meta profile, post it on another person’s profile, or tag friends as a condition of entry.

Prizes

Monthly Prizes (September 15, 2026–February 16, 2027)

Ten (10) winners will be selected each month, consisting of five (5) eligible U.S. winners and five (5) eligible international winners from the Eligible Regions.

Five (5) eligible U.S. winners will each receive one (1) featured CHAUVET DJ lighting product plus CHAUVET DJ swag. Swag includes one (1) “Light the Unforgettable” t-shirt and one (1) pair of CHAUVET DJ socks.

Five (5) eligible international winners from the Eligible Regions will each receive one (1) featured CHAUVET DJ lighting product plus CHAUVET DJ swag. Swag includes one (1) “Light the Unforgettable” t-shirt and one (1) pair of CHAUVET DJ socks.

No cash alternative or other substitution will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, in whole or in part, with one of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are non-transferable. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will notify potential winners via email and may require winners to provide shipping and fulfillment information for prize delivery.

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

Monthly Featured Prizes

  • September 14–October 18, 2026: Ten (10) winners will be selected, consisting of five (5) eligible U.S. winners and five (5) eligible international winners from the Eligible Regions. Each winner will receive one (1) CoDOT ILS plus CHAUVET DJ swag.
  • October 19–November 15, 2026: Ten (10) winners will be selected, consisting of five (5) eligible U.S. winners and five (5) eligible international winners from the Eligible Regions. Each winner will receive one (1) Wash FX 2 plus CHAUVET DJ swag.
  • November 16–December 20, 2026: Ten (10) winners will be selected, consisting of five (5) eligible U.S. winners and five (5) eligible international winners from the Eligible Regions. Each winner will receive one (1) Hurricane 700 Fog Machine plus CHAUVET DJ swag.
  • December 21, 2026–January 17, 2027: Ten (10) winners will be selected, consisting of five (5) eligible U.S. winners and five (5) eligible international winners from the Eligible Regions. Each winner will receive one (1) DJ Bank plus CHAUVET DJ swag.
  • January 18–February 15, 2027: Ten (10) winners will be selected, consisting of five (5) eligible U.S. winners and five (5) eligible international winners from the Eligible Regions. Each winner will receive one (1) SlimPAR T12 BT ILS plus CHAUVET DJ swag.

Grand Prize

On February 16, 2027, two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing: one (1) eligible U.S. winner and one (1) eligible international winner from the Eligible Regions. Each winner will receive one (1) GigBAR 3 ILS.

No cash alternative or other substitution will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, in whole or in part, with one of equal or greater value if necessary. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor will notify potential winners via email and may require winners to provide shipping and fulfillment information for prize delivery. Grand Prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses not expressly included in the prize description. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Promotion Period.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days following the end of the applicable monthly Promotion Period in 2026 and 2027. Winners will be notified via:

  • Instagram Stories (on CHAUVET DJ’s official Instagram account); and
  • Email (to the address provided on the entry form).

Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding;
  • release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize; and
  • grant permission for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion should technical failures, fraud, or any other cause beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion. For more details, please review the CHAUVET DJ Privacy Policy at www.chauvetdj.com/privacy-policy.

Governing Law

All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
