Well built, reliable product

January 4, 2019

I have been using four of these with a rock/pop band for 3.5 years (mine are called the 355Z, but they are basically the same fixture). They have been very reliable and the Timing components inside are good enough that I if I select the the exact same movements and speed for each fixture, they will stay syncHronized for a long time, without an external controller. They include a nice selection of colors and gobos and the 90 watt LED is very bright – so much so, that I turn it down to 50% or 75% for most gigs (in local bars), so that I don’t blind the dancers. I only turn it up to 100% in larger theaters or outdoors. Chauvet has a wedding GOBO pack available for a reasonable price on their parts store. I wish there were other GOBOs available at similar prices, but they are hard to find.
