frustrating piece of gear!
I BOUGHT THIS TO BE ABLE TO RUN LIGHTING PRESETS WITH MY MIDI FOOT PEDAL. I HAVE PROGRAMMED 8 SCENES AND CONNECTED IT TO MY MIDI CONTROLLER, SET UP TO TRANSMIT ON MIDI CHANNEL #1. THE OBEY 70 IS SET TO LISTEN TO CHANNEL #1. ACCORDING TO THE MANUAL, THE OOBYE IS ALWAYS LISTENING F0R MIDI SO THERE IS NOTHING TO CONFIGURE ON THAT END. WHEN I ENGAGE MY MIDI FOOT PEDAL NOTHING HAPPENS. I USED A SECOND MIDI FOOT PEDAL AND THE SAME RESULT, NOTHING! I’M OUT OF OPTIONS AND THERE IS NO WHERE TO TURN FOR HELP.
