Frank Garcia Launches “DJs Against Hunger”

May 2020

Queens Village, N.Y. – With the world in crisis, longtime NYC DJ/shop owner Frank Garcia wants to step up and give back to his community by fighting hunger.

The owner of the Queens-based Mainline Pro Lighting, Sound & Video has been video-streaming DJ sets from his shop since late 2019 and now he’s using that platform to help fight for a good cause. “DJs Against Hunger” is an ongoing charity event that will donate 100-percent of its proceeds to various charities, including City Harvest and Feed America.

For the cause, Garcia has added a separate section on his site (www.djsagainsthunger.com) that links to a GoFundMe page, which will take in the proceeds. DJs are encouraged to send audio or audio/video mixes that fans can enjoy and that will also benefit the cause.

So, DJs… if you’re itching to get your mixes heard and serve a great cause, just step to Frankie Mainline and he’ll hook it up.
